This course combines Basic Canoeing Levels 1-3, taking place over a day and a half, and allowing for plenty of time for extra practice if needed. Canoe, paddle, and course materials are included. Candidates will learn about safety and rescues, equipment, and tandem maneuvers including turns, pivots, circles, landings, forward & reverse straight line, and stopping. Level 3 is a prerequisite for the Level 4 solo course.
