For participants who have VC Level 3B skills and the prerequisite experience, this course will offer the opportunity to become a Voyageur Canoe Instructor 2 (VC I2). This certification enables you to teach all VC skills courses in these amazing vessels!
Free camping is available onsite at the quiet waterfront course location. Indoor and outdoor washrooms are available, and an indoor shower is available if the clean lake water is too fresh! Participants will be in charge of their own food and prep. A large kitchen with 2 stoves, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, and 2 microwaves is available, along with a barbeque or bring your own campstove or cook on the firepit! Enjoy your meals in the comfort of a large screened-in gazebo with 3 picnic tables for participants’ use.
